Naturopath

Helena Marshall
"Forster Natural Health"

Helena has over 19 years clinical experience and can create a personalised treatment regime to address your health concerns with herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and flower essences.

Naturopathy takes a holistic approach in assessing your condition, taking all factors into account such as medical history, medication, lifestyle, diet etc. It aims to find the underlying cause of the condition, not just treat the symptoms only. Helena has a special interest in all aspects of women’s health including hormonal balancing, pregnancy and fertility, menopause, fatigue syndromes, optimal nutrition, digestive health, detox programs, weight management and immune support.

Hormonal imbalances are very common at different stages of women’s lives and often are the underlying cause for many symptoms such as fatigue, irregular or painful periods, emotional sensitivity, PMT, poor skin and anxiety or worry.

Kinesiology

Emma Sternberg
”Emma Sternberg Holistic Kinesiology”

Emma helps you to understand WHY an issue has developed in the first place. Is it emotional? It is biochemical? It is a nervous system imbalance? Is it a mix?

In addition to Kinesiology, Emma’s training and expertise scans over a wide range of natural therapies, including: nutrition, counselling, homeopathy, acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophies and a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine). This gives her a unique way of looking at each condition that walks through her door as she can analyse the symptoms in a truly holistic way.

Each session is tailored to what you need at that time. It may involve a mix of counselling, body work and relaxation.

“I spend time with you – 1-1.5 hours, so that we can really take time to explore you and your health. I want to hear the whole story, how you feel about it, take you through the emotional waves and get you through to the other side knowing exactly which steps you need to take from that moment on.”

Emma will often leave you with nutritional and lifestyle changes to put into place until your next session.
